20db Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 20db platform. Continued use of any part of the platform constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using the 20db platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 20db ("Platform"). Users who register an account are deemed to have read and fully accepted these terms, including any additional policies referenced in this document such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
The 20db platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 20db services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. 20db will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify the 20db support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and your own. The use of another person's identity or false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of balance.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 20db user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or exploit the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any platform system, including betting, payment, or promotional systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the 20db platform's security systems.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's personal information without their consent.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated winnings, and/or appropriate legal action. 20db reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take whatever action it deems necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 20db platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (instant bank transfer), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Deposits are processed immediately upon bank confirmation and funds will be credited to your account balance shortly after. Withdrawal of winnings is typically processed within one to three business days, depending on the method selected. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. 20db will not be liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user. All deposits made are final and non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as defined by platform policy. Any suspected unauthorised transactions must be reported immediately.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
5.1 Platform Liability Limitations
The 20db platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 20db shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, cyberattacks, or other factors beyond 20db's reasonable control.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and that 20db does not guarantee any profit or return. Game outcomes are determined by chance and an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) system.
5.2 Account Suspension & Closure
20db reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 20db reserves the right to withhold the existing balance while an investigation is carried out. If closure is requested by the user themselves with no breach involved, the existing balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the 20db platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software code, and interface elements — is the property of 20db or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 20db.
6.2 Third-Party Links
The 20db platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 20db is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Your access to third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6.3 Changes to Terms & Governing Law
20db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 20db platform shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
